Approach & Execution
Minimal setups, maximum texture. Cut for tension and rhythm, then layered VHS static, time distortion, and old-school TV-style lyric motion graphics over the edit. The grade pushed contrast hard to sell the noir look while keeping skin and detail intact.
A stylized noir music video for Jazz June built on stark contrast lighting, vintage textures, and intense close-ups to explore anonymity and urban identity.
Constructed with minimal setups and VFX doing the heavy lifting. Every effect was chosen to feel degraded and analog, not clean and digital.
