Approach & Execution
The camera work was built around space, rhythm, and movement, often using natural light sources and minimal gear. Composition and blocking were adjusted in real time based on what felt emotionally true.
VFX enhancements were kept minimal and organic, adding weight to key moments. Every creative choice was made in tight alignment with the director’s vision, prioritizing raw honesty over polish.
A visually intimate short film made in close collaboration with director Anushri Iyer. Radhika explores emotional vulnerability through restrained, texture-rich cinematography. Created under tight limitations, the film relied on unorthodox shot design, in-camera practical effects, and spontaneous problem solving.
The visual language was shaped by instinct and constraint. Without traditional lighting or large setups, the focus remained on atmosphere, tension, and emotion. VFX was used with intention, adding subtle surreal elements that supported the character's internal world without overpowering the natural feel of the piece.
