These policies govern all creative services provided by MindOfDerby. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

Revision Policy
Each project includes a defined number of standard revision rounds as outlined in the agreed scope of work. Revisions must be consolidated and submitted in a single, clear round using the designated review platform.
Revisions are intended to refine approved creative direction. Requests that introduce new concepts, additional scenes, re-edits beyond the approved structure, or changes that materially alter the original scope are considered out of scope and may require a separate agreement.
MindOfDerby reserves the right to pause work if feedback is incomplete, contradictory, or delivered outside the agreed review process.
Payment Terms
A signed agreement and deposit are required before work begins. Final deliverables will be released only after all outstanding balances are settled in full.
Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment window. Failure to remit payment may result in delayed delivery, suspension of services, or termination of the project at MindOfDerby’s discretion.
MindOfDerby reserves the right to withhold project files, source assets, or usage rights until payment obligations are fulfilled.
Usage & Licensing
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all creative work produced by MindOfDerby is licensed to the client for its intended use as outlined in the project agreement.
Ownership of raw files, project files, source assets, and working files remains with MindOfDerby unless explicitly transferred through a separate written agreement.
MindOfDerby retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, promotional, and self-marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any usage beyond the original scope requires prior written approval.
Late Fees & Delays
Late payments, delayed approvals, or failure to provide required materials may impact project timelines. MindOfDerby is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by client delays.
Extended inactivity or non-communication may result in project suspension or closure. Restarting a paused project may require a revised timeline or updated agreement.
MindOfDerby reserves the right to enforce late penalties, suspend services, or terminate agreements in cases of repeated non-compliance.
