Approach & Execution
We stepped in from day one, observing early shoots and aligning on structure, tone, and post-production needs. From there, we built a modular edit system supported by a four-round review cycle, including 4K editing, VFX, DI, and motion graphics. This allowed us to keep quality high, turnaround sharp, and the brand identity visually unified across the series.
An ongoing collaboration with Justin Michael Williams, this Masterclass series marked a ground-up post-production partnership with MindOfDerby leading editing, color grading, visual design, and final delivery. What began as his first-ever foray into episodic video content evolved into a scalable, streamlined system we helped shape from the very beginning. From logo animations and title cards to VFX overlays and transitions, each element was built to reflect his brand’s energy while maintaining production efficiency.
To date, we’ve completed over 15 videos across 8 full-length episodes, with each piece running between 20–30 minutes. The content focuses on holistic practices, and required a deep sensitivity to tone, pacing, and clarity. We templated a precise workflow optimized for feedback, delivery, and brand consistency — all while adapting episode to episode as the creative vision evolved.
