Building Brand Systems From Scratch: Campaigns and Identity Work

Brand work is the most system-dependent category I operate in. A music video lives and dies by a single cut. A brand film or campaign has to hold up across every touchpoint the client deploys it on. Building that system from scratch, for clients who often don't have one yet, is where a lot of this work starts.

JMW Masterclass: 15 videos, 8 episodes, one scalable system

The Justin Michael Williams Masterclass series is the largest ongoing post-production collaboration I've run. I led editing, color grading, visual design, and final delivery across the full run. From logo animations and title cards to VFX overlays and transitions, each element was built to reflect his brand's energy while maintaining production efficiency across episodes that run 20 to 30 minutes each.

To date I've completed over 15 videos across 8 full-length episodes. The content covers holistic practices and required deep sensitivity to tone, pacing, and clarity. I built a workflow optimized for feedback, delivery, and brand consistency that could adapt episode to episode as the creative direction evolved.

MaleMan Kit: medical creative for a sensitive product

MaleMan Kit is a medical transport system designed for semen analysis requiring a carefully balanced tone of professionalism and accessibility. I led every phase: brand identity design, 2D and 3D animated explainers, product visuals, and marketing assets. The goal was a bold, family-friendly visual language that could communicate a sensitive health topic with clarity for a U.S. medical audience.

Deliverables included custom character design, full storyboarding and scripting, detailed product renders, and a complete animation pipeline. I also developed branded collateral: box designs, instructional visuals, color systems, website art, and the full pickup-to-lab storytelling journey.

PuraVida Bakery and Scab Garage: identity systems

PuraVida Bakery was a full brand identity and visual system build: logo, color palette, typography, and marketing collateral developed from nothing. Scab Garage applied the same approach to an automotive-driven brand — brand identity, print design, business cards, social media graphics, and event photography combined into a cohesive system matching the brand's raw energy.

Live and Digital Design: cross-platform graphic production

Spanning social media, streaming kits, overlays, print ads, and digital product showcases. Each deliverable built for platform-specific impact and visual consistency across channels — the work that doesn't headline a portfolio but holds everything else together.

YO Home Test: controlled branded collateral

Branded collateral for the YO Home Test, a consumer health product, designed to communicate ease, reliability, and modern healthcare through controlled, clinical visuals. Sensitive subject matter that needs to feel approachable without being dismissive of the medical context it lives in.
